How It Works
Monthly N&P Hub Live Session
Monthly live sessions with Ana, taking place Wednesdays or Fridays. We talk neuroscience & psychotherapy shop, we go over specific topics, analyse case studies, I answer specific questions from you - in dedicated Q&A sessions.
Full Searchable Archive
Every session, and some of the other recorded material will be available for you to watch at your own pace, with fully searchable transcripts. You will even be able to ask a specific question to the transcript, as it were (courtesy of AI).
Clinical Tools/Handouts
I will be sharing lots of practical sheets and hand outs, curated foundational texts and more that you will be able to use in your practice.
N&P Community
You will have access to N&P Hub Community chat where you can connect and discuss topics of neuroscience integration, latest research and ideas with likeminded people. I will visit the chat too.
Curated Neuroscience References
I will be sharing curated and relevant body of research on the relevant topics such as attachment, neuroscience of emotion, ANS, stress and more.
Cutting Edge Topics
Sometimes we will be discussing the "bread-and-butter" of neuroscience and psychotherapy integration and sometimes we will venture into the world of emerging research and paradigms, to see how we can all mix it up.
N&P Friends
At times, some of my trusted neuroscience & psychotherapy acolytes might join us to tell us more about a specific expert topic.

If you are in the UK, the N&P Hub sessions can count towards your CPD hours.

About Ana
I am a therapist in private practice in North West of the UK and I am interested in neuroscience and psychotherapy integration and how to do it well.

I like to write about it, and my first book Therapist's Guide Into the Brain is about to come out with Cognella. I am also currently writing a book about neuroscience of attachment and psychotherapy.
I write Neuroscience & Psychotherapy on Substack and I regularly speak and give workshops for therapists.
