The Story Of
ReNAT is a humanistic psychotherapy framework that aims to use the insight from the latest social and relational neuroscience of attachment (ReNAT). It aims to provide practical hands on strategies to work effectively with different adult attachment styles in psychotherapy without pathologising. ReNAT is non-dogmatic in its nature and uses specific intervention across board of different psychotherapy traditions ( humanistic, psychodynamic or analytical psychology, cognitive approaches, somatic and mindfulness based interventions) with an ultimate goal always being to help the client move from away from an insecure relational pattern towards more security.
